Japanese Art Galleries - Western New York

The Japanese Art Galleries are wonderful places to relax, explore, and purchase original works of art for your home, apartment, or office. Grand Island Serene Gardens houses a variety of Japanese art both made in Japan and by Joshua M. Smith, an artist who has trained in both Buffalo and Japan.

We have a variety of not only Japanese art but other Asian art works also. We feature various black ink paintings, called sumi-e, as well as pottery made in Japan.

Many Asian art galleries only carry high-end, extremely expensive works or art, but we aim to deliver very reasonably priced, quality, interesting items. We get new works of art in often and are continuously changing our selections.

We also aim to be one of the few Japanese art museum/stores that features local artists. The local art scene in Western New York is thriving, especially on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo. We wish to exhibit local artists who have Asian inspired art, and help create the perfect serene environment for people to view their art. The serene, natural atmosphere at Grand Island Serene Gardens will enable people to relax and enjoy the experience of culture, nature, and art working in harmony.

Unlike many Japanese art galleries, this is a place to experience first hand the beauty of nature and art.
