Japan Day in Buffalo, NY

The Japan Day ~Disaster Relief~ in Buffalo, NY was held on Saturday, April 16th.

This was a big success and we would like to thank all of the people who came out on a rainy day and supported the event. We were able to raise over $8,000 dollars. Thank you.

The Japanese Group of Buffalo, an organization Grand Island Serene Gardens has recently joined, supported this cause by donating Josh Smith's Shakuhachi bamboo flute CDs (all sales will be donated to the Japan Society's Earthquake Relief Fund) and also giving a free performance of traditional Japanese spiritual and healing music, accompanied by a live Ikebana Flower Arranging.
